Shipping policy

PHYSICAL PRINTS

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Rarely, events may arise out of our control which may lead to a delay in shipping or delivery. We will do our best to keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

We partner with carefully chosen local fine art printing labs in the following countries in order to serve our worldwide customers faster:

  • United States (3-6 business days)
  • Canada (2-5 business days)
  • Europe (2-15 business days)
  • Australia (2-5 business days)
  • Japan (2-4 business days)
  • Brazil (3-5 business days)

Please note that these shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on customs or postal delays, especially during busy holiday seasons. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the prints.

Customs and Import Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The OonaWallart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How to check the status of your order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oonawallart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not offered for United States customers. Please provide a physical mailing address if your delivery address is in the USA.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital products are not shipped. Instead, they are available for instant download after purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your files.
