Refund policy

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges:

All printed and shipped artwork is made-to-order and therefore returns are not accepted, except in cases where an error on our part has been made or items were damaged during transit. Due to the nature of digital downloads, our printable art package products (digital downloads) cannot be returned.

Did your order arrive damaged?

If your order was damaged during transit, just drop us a line at oonawallart@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of the damage - as well as the packaging, if applicable. No need to worry about sending the damaged piece back to us. Once we've got your photo evidence and sorted out a replacement, feel free to pass on the damaged item as a gift or donation if you can. We'll make sure your replacement gets to you safe and sound.
